For van Gisbergen, a three-time champion of the Australian Supercars series, this marks his second consecutive win on this track and his seventh overall in the premier stock car racing league.
Michael McDowell of Spire Motorsports finished second, trailing the winner by more than seven seconds. Ty Gibbs took third place, one month after securing his first NASCAR Cup Series win. He was followed by Chase Briscoe, points leader Tyler Reddick, and Austin Dillon.

Tyler Reddick extended his lead in the championship standings to 20 points and now holds a 129-point advantage over Denny Hamlin. Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney, and Chris Buescher remain in the next positions, while Ty Gibbs moved up to sixth, overtaking Carson Hocevar.
In the battle for a spot in the NASCAR Playoffs, where 16 drivers compete for the title, van Gisbergen’s victory propelled him back into the 16th position, pushing Chase Briscoe of Joe Gibbs Racing out of the elimination zone.
