McLaren driver Oscar Piastri has shared how he hopes to be remembered within the British team.
“I would like to think I wasn’t just a driver during a successful period for the team. I want to believe I was a racer who helped this team achieve success. Even if I never become world champion or anything like that, it’s still important to me that people remember me as someone who always raced as hard as possible, did everything to be the best, but did it the right way. That’s very important to me. To be a true racer, but also someone completely dedicated to the team and trying to make McLaren better,” Piastri said in a video for the team’s YouTube channel.
