Jordan Sachs, Senior Managing Director of Nasdaq, has arrived in Rome to attend the Italian Cup final between Lazio and Inter Milan. The Nasdaq executive visited Lazio’s headquarters on Monday and confirmed his presence at Wednesday night’s showdown.
According to Lazio’s official website, Sachs toured the club’s training center in Formello, where he was welcomed by President Claudio Lotito, general manager Enrico Lotito, and other members of the management team. The meeting aimed to strengthen the international partnership that has developed in recent months, including Lazio’s sponsorship deal with the prediction market platform Polymarket.
Since 2025, Lazio has been actively pursuing a listing on the Nasdaq, one of the world’s largest electronic stock exchanges. In December last year, Lazio director Enrico Lotito was invited to New York for the bell-ringing ceremony. The Nasdaq has reserved the stock code “LZO” for Lazio, which will be activated once the club receives official approval.
The Italian Cup final will take place at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome at 3:00 AM Beijing time on Thursday. Following a decision by Lazio’s fan groups to end their long-standing boycott of matches, the stadium is expected to be sold out.
