Krasnodar head coach Murad Musaev stated that his team’s defeat to Moscow Dynamo in the 29th round of the MIR Russian Premier League was not due to officiating decisions.
The match in Moscow ended with a 1-2 loss for Krasnodar, with the visitors conceding the second goal in the 90+3rd minute. With one round remaining in the Russian championship, Krasnodar sits in second place, two points behind Zenit. Earlier, Krasnodar had advanced to the Russian Cup Superfinal by defeating Dynamo on penalties.
“It’s hard to talk after a match like this. We played a decent first half, scored a goal, then made a mistake in midfield that led to a goal. Towards the end, we started playing more riskily and conceded a quick counterattack. I have no complaints about anyone, and I thank the fans.”
When asked about the officiating, Musaev replied: “I think we didn’t lose today because of the refereeing,” as reported by Match TV correspondent.
In the final round of the RPL, Krasnodar will host Orenburg on May 17, while Zenit will travel to face Rostov.
